Blog Magazine - Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Blog Magazine app for Wix ("Blog Magazine", "the app"), made by AK Digital (Anna Kheifets), Israel ("we", "us"). By installing or using Blog Magazine you agree to these terms and to the Wix App Market terms.

1. The service

Blog Magazine displays the published posts of your Wix Blog in magazine layouts and adds Read next and reading progress to your blog post pages. Some features require a paid plan.

2. Your content

Your posts, images, texts and logos remain yours. The app only displays content that you published in your Wix Blog. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and images you publish.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your site, your settings and your content. Blog Magazine depends on Wix services; if a Wix service is unavailable, the magazine may not be shown until it is back.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix, including free trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds, under Wix's billing terms. When a paid plan ends, the site moves to the free plan's features.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Blog Magazine to mislead visitors, to break the law, or to interfere with Wix or with the app.

6. Intellectual property

Blog Magazine and its design and code belong to AK Digital. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on your Wix site while it is installed. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

7. No warranty

Blog Magazine is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Digital will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost sales or lost profits arising from the use of Blog Magazine. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Blog Magazine in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and may also let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
