Product Image Zoom & Gallery - Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Product Image Zoom & Gallery app for Wix ("the app"), made by AK Digital (Anna Kheifets), Israel ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Wix App Market terms.

1. The service

The app adds a full-screen photo viewer and extra photo features to the product pages of your Wix Stores site, and a dashboard that scores your product galleries and helps you improve them. Some features require a paid plan.

2. Your content

Your products, photos, texts and the photos customers sent you remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to every photo you add, including customer photos: add a customer's photo, name, height or size only with that customer's permission.

3. Changes the app makes to your store

When you ask it to, the app writes to your Wix Stores products: it fills photo descriptions (alt text) and can move a photo to be the main photo. It only does this when you click the matching button in the dashboard. You can change these values back in the app or in Wix Stores at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your site, your settings and your content. The app depends on Wix services; if a Wix service is unavailable, the app's features may not be shown until it is back. Your store's own product gallery keeps working either way.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix, including renewals, cancellations and refunds, under Wix's billing terms. When a paid plan ends, your site moves to the free plan's features. Pro settings you made stay saved and come back if you upgrade again.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to mislead shoppers (for example with fake customer photos or fit claims), to break the law, or to interfere with Wix or with the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its design and code belong to AK Digital. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on your Wix site while it is installed.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Photo insights are based on counts and are guidance, not a guarantee of sales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Digital will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost sales or lost profits arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and may also let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
